The following Delivery Policy is applicable to you (customer, user, client, etc.) and Mauji Time cafe, a product of TraWork LLP, (hereinafter referred to as the “Mauji” or “We” or “Us”); while placing an online order (Online Ordering Platform), hereinafter referred to as “Platform”
Delivery orders are subject to:
i)Your address falls in the defined delivery area of Mauji;
ii) Availability of Mauji being online for accepting online orders;
iii) Your Order may be subject to a minimum amount per order;
iv) In the event, that the customer's delivery location is not listed within the permitted delivery zone of the outlet, the order cannot be placed. However, you may choose to pick up your order from Mauji
You can pay by any of the methods listed on our checkout screen.
The menu is displayed as per the availability of the menu items in Mauji. In case certain items from the menu are not listed, then it means that Mauji does not carry those items on its menu at the particular moment. In case of non-availability of ordered menu items at the selected outlet, the order will not be executed and will be duly informed to the customer.
The customer may only use the coupon codes mentioned in any of Mauji’s print material, promotional emails & SMS messages for placing an order via the Mauji website. The complete and accurate coupon code must be entered in the coupon section on the payment page before completing the transaction, in order to avail the discount. The coupon code may not work if the conditions defined in the coupon T&C are not met in the order. Mauji holds the right to accept or reject any coupon without giving any reason whatsoever. All coupons carry a validity period, mentioned in the coupon T&C and will not be accepted after the expiry of the validity period.
Terms & Conditions for all coupons including printed, mobile, and email coupons
A coupon/promotion cannot be clubbed with any other offer or scheme.
Only one coupon is valid per order.
Coupons are only valid on the Mauji website.
The customer must share the coupon and coupon code while placing the order.
All prices are exclusive of taxes.
Please make sure that if your order is placed using a credit or debit card, the card is valid on the date of your order placement. The Restaurant may provide no refunds to the orders paid online. Contact Us directly to settle any payment dispute or refund claim.
You may be automatically directed to an online listing referring to Your nearby Restaurant service location. Please note that prices, minimum spend restrictions, and maximum cash spend restrictions vary from location to location. In addition, if you order online, the price charged may be different from the price for the Products had they been ordered at the Cafe or by telephone.
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
We will aim to provide you with your ordered products as close as possible to your requested delivery/collection time but we cannot guarantee the delivery time in all cases. Delivery time may be affected due to bad weather or traffic conditions. This is to ensure the safety of our riders. Delivery service may be temporarily unavailable in selected areas due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances.
The Client agrees to accept delivery of the Products at the agreed time and place of delivery. If you have chosen for the Products to be delivered, Mauji will deliver the order to the main entrance of the delivery address but any deliveries carried into the delivery address will only be made if the driver and you consent to this. If you are not present to take delivery of the goods at the address given in your order, then We will not refund you the price for your order and will charge you for the full amount of your order.
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses within 5 km of radius from Mauji. Any shipments outside of 5 km are not available at this time. The customer will be required to schedule a delivery at their end.
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the time of accepting the order, rather than the time of placing the order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within the stipulated time. Please note we do not have food delivery services on Sundays.

Delivery Charges are based on the delivery location or order value.
Please note, that GST is applicable exclusively, apart from the base rates of the food item and the delivery charges.
